The Pharmacy department needs help! They never have your prescription ready when recording states time filled. They do not have enough staff to help- hold time on phone exceeds 30 minutes and always long lines in side store and in drive up. Today I went to pick up a script that I called in on Saturday 10/3 that recording said would be available for pick-up Sunday. Since I know how CVS is- I called yesterday 10/8 and message said still working on it and asked if I would be picking up today. Good thing I didn't go there yesterday because I went this morning to drive up- first in line- at 9:10 the pharmasist came to window a- asked what I needed pick-up- he said still working on it- and I have several people in line here in the store- I can expedite your order and have ready in about an hour if you want to wait- I am the only one hear. I told him I was NOT going to wait around an hour and I NEED my meds today. I told him I will come back later and the med better be ready.
There is never enough staff to get things done. Something needs to be corrected since CVS is my insurance preferred pharmacy. I called my insurance company today and they tried to call and no on answered the phone for them either. They are filing a grievance against CVS as well.
Please try to resolve the issues at this CVS store since it is very convenient for me versus going to another store- but I will transfer if I need to to get better service.

Who ever wrote the above, must be at the same CVS as me... all the same issues as listed above.
Only today I went into my pharmacy visit with an open mind... foolish!
No one was in the drive thru pharmacy line and I felt this would be positive. I was returning from last week to pick up a medication they said they were out of and needed to order and to check back on the next working day.
Today 6 days later she said they are still out and I need to go back in two days because ‘again’ they need to order the medicine.
Today I am completely out of my ‘daily don’t miss a dose’ med. This is not a specialty med, this is one that is quite common.
I am having my scripts transferred to Kroger.
This is so troubling that a pharmacy has these level of issues.
