Dollar Tree

We have been going to this store for 15 years . About 2 years ago management changed and ever since this store is circling the drain. Now the shelves are barely stocked and I know its not due to product moving out the door. The store was busier 2 years ago than it is now and now it's open fewer hours and it's a total mess. It's sad when you see an elderly woman with a Cain having to carry a tote to put all of her stuff in when there are 5 visible shopping carts full of crap that just sits there and doesn't go on the shelves. When you ask the manager about why the store looks like it's going out of business she just complains and says its her boos that's the problem. I suggest they fire the whole damn bunch of them including the district manager. throw away whatever business model that they are working under now and go back to the one from 2 years ago when Employees were kind, shopping carts were plenty and product was on the shelves and not piled to the ceiling in the back room. My other suggestion is if you can't resurrect it to the glory it once was I say close it down and get out, because we already have enough stores in our area that don't care about the people that shop at their stores. Please "DO BETTER OR GET OUT".
