Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Me and my mother came all the way from Minnesota and we're driving around we saw a huge sign advertising $7.95 facial waxing. So we decided to stop in when we walked in no one greeted us just looked and carried on, when a worker approached us we asked about the $7.95 waxing she told us we would need a coupon so I went online and found the coupons registered for it and it got sent to my email with a scanning barcode. As my mother is getting waxed I used the bathroom I come out and another lady is telling my mother that the coupon expired yesterday their no longer taking them without looking at ours so I said no actually it says this coupon is valid until September 15th, and I showed her she then said oh well we can't take it anyways because we don't have a scanner to do it at this location not to mention I'm looking right at a scanner on her desk. So I then said well there is a huge sign outside advertising this and that is what made us come in so that is actually false advertisement, the worker said oh well I said well who's responsible for this sign still being up if your no longer taking it she then said the owner I said to her well the owner wouldn't like it if she had gotten sued for false advertisement would she, the worker then went on saying oh well I have nothing to do with that. It was very unprofessional, not welcoming and the service was poor. My mom still has hairs in some spots and they didn't put any cooling cream or oil on her afterwards they left it all sticky. We will never return to another fantastic sams ever again I feel that they were very prejudiced against us but welcoming to everyone else who walked in is very uncomfortable especially being visitors from another state.
