I purchased two Johurst end tables over the phone from the Ashley Homestore in Kirksville MO on 5/4/21. Because they would not be able to deliver them to me until July they stated that the tables could be transferred to their store in Sedalia MO if I wanted to go pick them up. I stated that I would and went and picked up the tables on 5/22/21. When putting the second table together we discovered that the box did not contain the legs for the table. I spoke to someone at the Sedalia MO store on 5/22/21 and was told that I would have to talk to the sales associate in Kirksville where I purchased the tables from. I spoke to the Kirksville associate on 5/25/21 and she asked for the serial number on the bottom of the table so she could order the legs from the parts department and once they were delivered to them would have to figure out how to get them to me. I asked that they just be mailed to me and she stated that they can't mail them. I asked why and she just kept saying that they could not mail them to me and that Ashley does not allow them to do that. She stated that she could send them to Sedalia MO like she did the tables where I could drive back to and pick them up or they could deliver them when they deliver again to the Kansas City area but that would not be until July. I stated this was totally unacceptable that I should not have to drive back to Sedalia and that all they had to do was mail them to me.
Desired outcome: I want the missing legs to my table to be mailed to me.
