On Saturday, February 4th to have work done on my 2009 Honda Civic. Kat was the person I dealt with. Today (2/7/23), we noticed that the bottom of the car where the tech would have placed the lift was damaged, there's a dent in the bottom part of the body that may be difficult to repair. I do have photos of the damage.
We spent over $700 that day and waited over 5 hours to get the work done. It's not the first time I've had a Firestone Tech cause damage.
POC is Chris Butler [protected]
Desired outcome: I need for the part to be repaired/replaced or the bill to be adjusted to compensate for the body damage. Kat should contact me to discuss the action they plan on taking to remedy the situation
