I picked up a drive-thru order today in the amount of $44.13. None of the food was eatable. I called the store in Republic and spoke with Noelle. She said she could give me up to 30 days to come back in for replacement food but couldn't give a refund. No problem... until I asked for her name. Then she was extremely rude and condescending. Not that she was that nice prior to this. I asked for her boss's name which she refused to give to me and then proceeded to raise her voice at me. Extremely unprofessional for a "manager", or for any employee for that matter. I have been in this place of business many times and have never had an issue with the food. This though was not only a bad experience with the food but the management as well.
Desired outcome: Refund on my credit card.

She likely knows they won't honor giving you free replacement food up to 30 days later. Basically, if you don't go get it right then, they will deny knowledge of having spoken to you.
