We arrived at 5 with a 45 minute wait. We were called at 5:36 stood by the check in desk for 10 minutes while the table was cleaned off. We put in our order & we waited & waited! While we waited, there were about 100 to go orders passing by us. We waited & waited! Our food finally came, all except one order. The rest of us ate bcus the waiter said her food would be up shortly. Well, she waited & waited & waited & waited. We asked for the manager…she was sitting in the back bcus I could see her. She had the nerve to tell us that we had so many to go orders…really! So the to go orders are more important that the guest who chose to patronize the establishment! Ok, thank you for letting me know that bcus I will never come back in to eat ever! I will come back in the visit the store bcus it’s a wonderful thing but I will never patronize the restaurant again. I will go outside my neighborhood if I want to sit down & eat, bcus to have a manager make me feel like a to go order is more important is just ridiculous! Oh, & while I was typing this, the manager is leaving for the evening while customers are sitting here waiting on food! She should have gone to the kitchen & helped or cut the to go orders off until the customers on the inside were taken care of. This was the worst experience ever!
Desired outcome: New management!!!! & a gift card for my family so we can go outside of our neighborhood to get the service expected from Cracker Barrel. It was a party of 6.

We (party of 6) was seated at 5:38 pm and it’s currently 6:57 pm on February 20 2021. All we have gotten so
Far was drinks and bread. The service is horrible

Desired outcome: Im not sure what outcome other than having some type of training to ensure this doesn’t continue to happens
Manager is the key reason the employee are not working efficiently. She just just sitting in the back chilling. Said she only had one cook
