I have been going to Ulta Beauty for all my hair and beauty supplies for years. I have also been going to the same stylist for years. My complaint is, she is always running late.
This happens too often. I get my hair cut and colored every 3-4 weeks. I always have my appointments scheduled before I leave.
I understand that running behind may happen once in a while but every time? The excuse is, they overbooked me, or I had to do a color correct from one of the previous stylist. One day I was driving on my way to my appointment and she texts me asking if I can come in and hour later. I took OFF WORK to make my appointmen and texted her back that she is always running behind and no I cannot come in an hour later. Her response was, I just want you to know I am running behind. I have sat and waited multiple times, no I have never had an on time appointment with her, never.I have sat and waited for her to finish a client while my appointment was 30 minutes ago.
The managers all know about this. I have talked to them. They say there is nothing they can do.
At this point I think it is best we part ways because it has not and will not get any better.
She is geat at what she does, but going in for a cut and color and leaving 3-4 hours later is unacceptable. Good bye, Ulta.
Desired outcome: I do not want a refund. An apology would not do any good, it happens constantly and she has apologized multiple times.Maybe talk with her before she loses more clients.
