I booked with priceline for a room on the 19th of june for myself, my son and 3 year old granddaughter. we get to hotel after driving 4 hours to find out tge hotel wanted 100.00 cash deposit. in which I didnt have. I went outside to call priceline it was 8pm or later only to get the run around an hotel came out an said hs cancel my room. I explained I had a 3 year old an they need to find us a room, call hotel but handle it. They informed me they couldn't do anything til morning an talk to days inn an guess we would be stuck in car til morning. I was very upset and still. I went back to hotel an mg son went in ask for manager no an wanted our money back or a room. Wouldn't give a number am called the police saying a man refused to leave which wasn't true. We waited for the officer an explained an understood talked to the guy josh came told us he wouldn't give any number or money back. yes we stayed in a hot car but called priceline first thing. She called the hotel an priceline canceled room today the 20th. it's 9p.M. At nite still waiting on my money back. I'm trying to do the right thing an let you handle this. Noone at priceline would give phone no, email etc to contact corp. . Nor did days inn. Day 3 an still no refund I will go as far as I need to make sure this never happens to anyone and their concerns of a 3 year old
