Honey Baked Ham - Honey baked ham and smoked turkey

On Friday, May 26, 2023, I bought a ham and turkey pieces in Springfield, Missouri Honey Baked Ham shop. The conversation with the employee was on the curt, nasty side. Brought the ham home, opened the package, and the edging was black, the sugar was a clear piece that slid off the top of the ham. It could not be broken and was difficult to break apart in water. The ham itself was very dry and untasty. I have bought hams from the shop for many years. I have never brought home such an expensive piece of meat that was fit only for the trash can. Then, there was the turkey slices. The turkey may have been smoked but that was not evident. It was not completely cooked. This is my first time to find such a huge problem with this business.
