Bought 3 lines of service in October The representative insisted on Selena's glass screen protectors, In order to trick us into buying them. She said that the total for all 3 was $27. When actually she ring them up at $27 each. That was the first lie. The second issue was with the phones not being able to receive incoming calls after multiple attempts to correct the issue it never was corrected. Nor was I ever given back my $75 that I was chargerroneously under false pretenses. A credit was made to the account. However, I didn't want the service. I wanted my money back. So they decided that they were not going to give the money back but instead. Discount the next month service which still was not able to receive incoming calls. Which is why I want my money back. I've now had to go with another provider and incur fees with the new provider for activation purchase and setup that I should not have had to have occurred. Had metro by t mobile been Willing to provide resolution but because they were unable to fix the issue with incoming calls. Not coming through for the 3 months. I had service. I feel I'm entitled to all the money's paid for services that were not rendered back. I've gone to the store as advised by. Customer service, 3 different metro locations in Springfield refused to honor their policy according to what's on their receipt. They will not gladly assist in any kind of refund exchange or any of that. Despite what customer service instructs them to do at the store. The store refuses to uphold metro biting mobile's policy although they are contracted. They are not adhering to the contract agreements with the customers. Have been lied to multiple times by Metro by T-Mobile customer service reps. At the 611 number have wasted hours of time trying to get a resolution miles and dollars of gas running back-and-forth to get these attempted resolutions only to be turned down time after time.
Their customer service. And their stores are by far the worst cell phone company. I've had the experience of dealing with. They outright lie and misrepresent their services, their coverage and their fees. They tell you the fees will be one thing to get you to get the service. And then when they're done ringing everything up bam. Here comes all the hidden fees.
And then they tell you what you can call customer service to change your plan and which they charge you to change your plan. When you first purchased the phones, there should be provisioned and updated but instead within 24 hours of purchasing the phone, it requires a major update. Therefore, taking a big chunk of your available data depleting more than 90% of the available 25 gigs a Hotspot. When you bring this to their attention, they deny any knowledge or capability of that even happening but there is no way for a device. To use that much data and in that short of time. All 3 devices, 25 gigs a Hotspot. All depleted within 4 days after purchasing the phones makes no senso paid for services again and not able to use them due to some unknown issue. They're unable and unwilling to fix or credit. Also, for the first few days of having the phones. They were registered to other people and was getting calls for other people. Because the device hadn't been.
Deactivated deactivated for very long apparently.

Worst cell phone company you could do business with their lawyers. They don't uphold their policy. They give you the run around and never have a resolution that's adequate for their lack of coverage. Service and outrageous fees for phones that can't even get incoming calls. I got voicemails that don't post for more than a day after the voicemail's been left. It makes you wonder who's listening to that. Why is it delayed? Who has access to the voicemail to delay messages coming through? And nobody that works for that company knows a single f****** thing. They can't help with anything. All they can do is apologize for this one. The f****** joke shut them down. What happened to having business integrity? What happened to having to be an honest company? So tired of these cricket a**Companies setting up shop in the United States only to offer third party customer service from overseas. The doesn't do s*** to help the customer after they've gotten. Their money shameful metro by t mobile shame on you
