Multiple dates ranging from June 2018 - October 2019
I have taken my car back to Stan King Chevrolet over 20 times for different reasons. This car has not worked properly since I bought it for these reasons:
1. The driver and passenger seats are heating when they should be cooling. I have taken my car about about 13 times for this issue.
2. The radio does not work properly and had to be replaced; taken back about 6 times.
3. The navigation screen keeps spinning; taken back about 7 times for this.
4. The driver's assist light is not working; taken back about 2 times.
5. The Bluetooth is not working properly; taken back about 3 times.
6. The driver's rear door panel was loose.
7. Wind was coming from the sunroof.
8. The adaptive cruise control was not setting.
9. The left rear USB port was loose.
10. The mirrors were not adjusting back to normal position; taken back about 3 times.
11. The wireless remote did not start the car.
12. Water spots are on the paint; taken back about 3 times.
13. The front camera was not working and had to be replaced.
14. The car wouldn't start and the battery had to be replaced.
15. There are multiple other things wrong with this vehicle since I purchased it on May 18, 2018.
I have all invoices from taking my vehicle back. It is back in the shop now.
I would like for Stan King Chevrolet to honor what they told me on October 26, 2018. I was told by Paxton King that my vehicle would be replaced with a 2019 Cadillace XTS and that I would not have to pay mileage or anything else.
It is very embarrassing to be in a new vehicle several times a month because the vehicle I purchased is back in the shop.
