I called corporate yesterday to tell them about the feces on my sheets the bed bugs in my room so then they move me to another room there was no heat they gave a stranger a key to my room that's trying to wring it out one of my beds and so corporate was going to give me two nights free stay I only receiving the one night and the strangers that were in my room a taking my wallet am I under $173.27. and there's nothing else being done I am calling the better business bureau and I'm going to try to get a hold of Alex sander Lester Andrew Alexander the CEO of red roof I let him know exactly what type of red roof Inn they are running in Jackson Mississippi I have had an awful stay here I have been scared when I walked into my room and there is strangers in my bed I had to show ID for Mikey but they gave another person a key to my room that didn't even say in my room and someone I don't know and now my money's gone so what do I where do I go now and why do I do I need something done immediately or else I will be checking app to check out of here tomorrow with this awful service and my money stolen.
