Ok my name is Robert Myers and ive been with metro pcs for some years now. Im also recieving acp benefits. However I recieved a payment notice when I should not because im with the acp program. And my benifits been applied to my metro pcs account. So I go to the metro pcs mobile app to contact a repesenative to see why was I being charged. So on sat jan 14 2023 I called around 9 am I spoke with a male agent who could barley speak english prpoerly I explained to him that my acp beneifs should already be active and wanted to know why was I recieving the disconect notice. He asked me for all my personal information and I did at the time thinking I was speaking with a real metro pcs agent he placed me on hold for aproxamatly 8 mins he told me that my acp benifits somehow got misplaced out my account somehow but he told me dont worry he put me on another hold this time its 5 mins he asked me for my acp number again and my personal information again. Keep in mind of him unaware that im recording the conversation because im transgender with a disability I felt something wasnt right be how would my acp be misplaced when the acp number was new not only that but I myself enterd my acp number months ago and it was approved and should have been active by now. It was very unprofessional to me bc how could a acp number not be with my account especially something concerning the goverment that was the payment so how could that be misplaced anyway he assured me that he reapplied my acp benifits and that he had fixed the issue to dont worry he said that when we got off the phone I would recieve a txt message saying that he fixed the mistake. I ended the call still feeling like something wasnt right I never got the txt he promised the next morning whichis today sunday jan 15 I woke up and my phone was off I was really mad now because the agent lied he was schemeing out of my personal information and he lied as if he was correcting the mistake on my account ok so I called againg and this time it was another imagrant but only this time it was a woman I told her everything she even agreed that the man had done me wrong I asked her could she provide me some type of identifacationon the man because the man has all my personal information and did not use it to apply to my account because my phone was off and it was clear that iwas scammed she didnt give me his name but she gave me his id number which was [protected] but I found out shortly she was a scammer manipulastor as well she said her name was mart and that her id number was 311444 she didnt handle the situation properly it suddenly hit me she was with the scam as well I asked her why was her id number only 6 numbers and the guy who took my personal information why was his id number 8 digits and hers wass only six I then asked to speak with a supervior of metro pcs which took 10 mins I can tell she was nervous by now because her whole demeanor had changed some man finnally got on and acted like he was the supervisdorf and still did nothing to help so being that im transgender and also disabiled im looking to contact a lawyer and filing full charges for discrimination manipulating the disabled spamming me for my personal information and pretending like my ACP benefits got misplaced from my account how that happening don't know however my phone is still off because of this im asking the founder the CEO of metro pcs to contact me asap about this my email is nevermind because this could possibly be a scam too my name is Robert Myers my metro number is [protected] I need to hear from someone in charge asap
