I had 10:30a yesterday to have a family portrait made. When saw down to make my selection, I clearly informed photographer _Brooke) I only wanted promotion special $29.99. She never honored. I even explained that this was poor advertisement and repeatedly explained I only wanted the $29.99 special. She repeatedly stated I could not get promotion without purchase. She continued to cohersed me into buying more pictures This became a very frustrating experience. I returned to the studio and spoke with Brooke after I located a written copy online of the promotion. I requested a refund. She refused to accomodate me. Therefore, I have filed a dispute with my bank, because I have not received any portraits and at this point I did not wish to do business with this location anymore. This was clearly a case of price gouging an misreprentation of promotions. Charla Williams [protected].
