I firstly scheduled to have my family pictures taken on christmas eve, but someone called and informed me that because they didn't have that much business that they would not open on christmas eve, okay cool. I rescheduled for a couple of days later. When I arrived at my 1:10 appointment they told me they couldn't find my name because it was mistakenly put under the wrong appointment time. So I had to wait a couple extra minutes, once again no biggie. The pictures were fine, but the prices were out of control. Once I paid for the pictures, the photographer told me that it would take awhile to get the prints back because she had to load more printing paper. On top of that she told me that I could not wait inside the store because she was going on break and was going to lock the store up. Due to family complications and time, I wasn't able to go back to pick up the pictures the same day. Every since december 27th, 2019 I have been calling this place worrying about my pictures. I have yet to speak with anyone about the situation and now the websites is saying that every single location is permanently closed. I have yet to receive a email or phone call regarding my pictures or money back. I need to know who to get in contact with or what to do, before I turn this matter over to the courts. This is ridiculous and bad business. Piece of [censored]s!
