Saturday February 1st 2020 my husband and I were to Hobby Lobby . We bought 9 different items and expend $77.41. One of the items was a metallic Home Décor for our house (I paid $17.49). We paid all these items at 7:55pm. The store closed at 8:00 pm. My husband loaded the items in our car except the metallic Home Décor. Later we realized that we did not bring the metallic Home Décor and we came back to the store. All shopping cars were inside the Store. Sunday the store was closed. Today, Monday February 3rd in the morning, I went to the store and I asked if somebody returned the item or an employee found it in the shopping car. One of the cashiers told me that the shopping cars are entered to the store right after the store closes. The cashier spoke with the manager of the store. The manager informed that nobody returned the item. When I asked if anything can be done, they told me that I have to pay the full price for the item when on Saturday was 50% off. The manager did not talk with me and they did not give me any reasonable solution. While I understand that it was our mistake I was expecting that they will offer me the item for the same price that I paid on Saturday. I am not going to return and buy anything else at Hobby Lobby.
