I have not received fair business practice from this company. On the day I was to vacate the unit(Saturday), I was under isolation due to COVID 19 exposure. I made attempts to contact the office directly over the next two days(Saturday-Monday). When I spoke to the property manager I was told I would be charged for a full month since I was into the new month and there are no exceptions. This is unfair practice. I could not get there to the CDC mandated self isolation nor could I interact with anyone to arrange alternate unit vacating. I demand immediate access to the unit prior to 1/31/22 and removal of any and all charges and fees beyond the original move-out date. I have essential items in the unit that are necessary to ensure my health and wellness. I am suffering physically and emotionally due to the unscrupulous business practices of this corporation.
Desired outcome: Immediate access )without excess charges for January and February) to the unit so that I can retrieve my belongings.
