I went in to try and get a fraud case resolved and was attacked by a guy claiming to be the manager. He was very racist and standoffish in his attitude. He had no issue speaking to the white people in line but ignored the minorities. The manager refused to help and lied to me about filing a complaint. The manager tried several times to get me to give him the complaint. When I refused and asked the manager to get the number to file a complaint he wrote on a pare complaint department and folded it. As I was walking out, I opened the note and realized he had not wrote a number. I asked and he ignored me talking to the white people inside instead. This manager is very unstable and seems to have a agenda instead of putting Fifth Thirds issues first. He even encouraged me to close the account so he didnt have to fix the issue.
Desired outcome: The manager fired for racism and a apolgy
