My husband brought his vehicle in for a diagnostic to address air conditioning issues, a service for which we have previously entrusted your team. Unfortunately, despite not receiving a call regarding the completion of the diagnostic, my husband took the initiative to contact your location. To his surprise, he was informed that not only had the diagnostic been completed, but repairs had also been carried out without his consent or authorization.

This lack of communication and failure to provide the customary courtesy of calling to discuss the repairs is deeply troubling. As loyal customers, we have come to expect a level of transparency and professionalism when it comes to our vehicle's maintenance. We have always been consulted before any repairs are undertaken, which is why this recent incident is particularly disheartening.

We kindly request that you rectify this situation by releasing the vehicle immediately without any charges for the unauthorized repairs. We trust that this was an unfortunate oversight and that our long-standing relationship will be respected and honored.
