Mr. Tire review: Tires cannot be balanced

6/17/24 4 tires installed. Over inflated and did not correctly balance.
6/25/24 Rebalanced. Did not fix problem
6/28/24 Rebalanced still not fixed.
7/5/24 Called twice to explore options. Put on hold never answered.
Decided to go to store. Spoke with Cedric. He said if I would return
Tuesday He would fix the problem or replace the tires.
7/8/24 They broke the wheel lock and had to order replacements. Could not
get the tires off to balance.
7/14/24 They replaced the wheel locks but the service tech said he was not
told to balance tires. I asked him to ride with me a few blocks to
confirm the problem to Cedric. He did and reported to Cedric in my
presence the issue and the only resolution was to replace the tires.
Cedric did not keep his promise to repair or replace. Saying he'll
talk to Tegan and call me tomorrow with their decision. I am still
waiting for his call. It is obvious that I am being avoided and given the
"runaround" Please assist me to get this resolved.
