My name is Terry Singletary. I drive a 2005 Dodge Durango. I took my vehicle to Mr. Tire 3 separate times. Each time, the work was not done properly. It became more expensive each time. As a result, my vehicle is still not in proper working order. Even though I bought four new tires last year, 2022, my tires continue to go flat. I am still experiencing the same front-end problems. I am very disappointed in the service and customer service.
Desired outcome: If they cannot fix my problem, I would like a refund for the money spent on the numerous attempts to resolve it.
