Good Afternoon,
On Tuesday, May 12, 2023, at approximately 12:30 pm afternoon, I visited your store located at 4401 Burlington Road Greensboro, Nc 27405 and was assisted by a store manager named Nicole Stafford. During our interaction, Nicole was extremely rude and condescending towards me. Her behavior made me feel belittled and embarrassed in front of other customers. The issue was over a $1 dollar off Newport Cigarette digital timed coupon (generated thru Newport.com official app). The coupon has a timer of 5 minutes. I have been a customer at this location since built as I live right up the street. I come in almost daily. Previously I would use the coupon within the 5 minutes and then the coupon is useless until the next issuance. I would often times use the coupon promo twice within 5 minutes at this location without issue. However, today it was brought to my attention that the coupon is only to be used once. This was only told to me after she lied and said the purchase scanner was acting up and would not read the coupon for some reason (the second time). This was news to me so I declined the second purchase and let the Manager know that I had used it more than once previously and that I was unaware it was only to be used once (card # ending 3641
mastercard purchase history will show). She then appeared to get upset that I declined the second purchase due to not being able to use the coupon again. She then accuses me of "trying to get over and that she will have to let her staff know that these coupons are not timed but for 1 use only". I explained that I have nothing to do with employee training and explained how unprofessional it was to include me into the store's training issues. I was merely being transparent about my previous transaction history and ended up being accused of being a crook in front of customers when I declined to make a second purchase.
I would like to receive a formal apology from Nicole Stafford for her behavior towards me. In addition, I hope that your organization will take appropriate disciplinary action to ensure that this kind of behavior is not repeated in the future. While I understand that everyone has bad days, I believe that John’s behavior towards me was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I hope that your organization takes this matter seriously and takes steps to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Thank you for taking the time to address this matter. Sheetz - Gas pumps
Store number 658, never has receipt tape at the pumps. I have to go in every time. I drive for a transportation company, my route has specific pickup times. To have to go inside wait on line sometimes as long as 5-7 mins because there is only on register causes an issue. I have asked and been told the manager says you have to come in and get the receipt. I Have a degree in marketing and sales, I understand that selling over priced products is your profit, but it’s a huge inconvenience to the consumer, The last thing I want to do after waiting online is to then purchase some thing because I can’t get a receipt. This is the only sheets that I have this issue with. But if this continues I will go across the street to the 7-Eleven to get gas and that’s typically $70-110 every time.

Sheetz - bucket of totz
While I am typically pleased with the way I am treated by manager Ray, I can report that after paying 5.99 for a bucket of totz I was only allowed to receive ketchup as a sauce unless paid for. With not 1 employee knowing how to ring up additional sauce I finally got a manager to help. After all this when I got to eat my totz they were cold! My stops at sheetz will become limited after this!
