InTown Suites

I was at the office today Saturday August 28th by 1 p.m. and nobody was there this happens every Saturday. Well today the floating general manager was there and he wasn't there earlier so I could pay. He got there about 230 245. He said that I had pay to 319.00 because I was late. When I said I was there earlier he said pay or get out. So I paid it. He was very rude and I've been a guess here since April and have always paid my rent on time. The last time the floating general manager was there. I told him there was water coming back in my room from the air conditioner and it was making me sick. He said you'll have to move out instead of offering to get maintenance to fix it. I ended up with pneumonia and my bf and I missed a week of work which cost us over 1000.00. Finally when I seen james the maintenance man and told him he fixed it right away. Which was 2 weeks later when I finally couldn't take it anymore and told him because I was scared I was going to get evicted for something that was out of my control. If I want back to that manager. I don't like the way he treats me and acts very racist. I'm a very good tenant. I'm always on time with my rent. Very quiet and I follow all the rules. I don't deserve this treatment. I don't understand why the general manager acts like he hates his job and is still here. I've seen him yelling at other tenants and even took their chair they were using to sit outside when they went in he took off with them and put them in a storage room. I don't understand I thought this was a professional business. The staff doesn't act like that. His name was Maxwell the third. African American about 6 foot.
