on 2/20/25 I received a violation stating that I used marijuana on the premises. I have to leave on the 22nd and I wont get back deposit. I never used or possessed marijuana on this property and when I politely asked the property manager about it she stated that it was weed on the table in my room. Its tobacco and I can prove it. I was also charged 30 dollars more then the room cost. When I asked her about the price she said it the receipt is wrong. she also said she could make me leave now because I walk in the halls sometimes. I honestly feel discriminated against. She stated that she could decline service to whomever she wanted too. I just feel that if I follow the rules i should be able to stay and even if i cant i should at least get my deposit back. i never broke a rule.

Desired outcome: I would like to be able to stay or be returned my deposit the property manager should be disciplined for discrimination. Now Im afraid to leave the room because she may just decide to kick me out like she said.

I asked the property manager for an incident report because I hurt myself and I was outright denied it. She said she would do nothing to help because she could have kicked me off of the property. I have video evidence but when I upload I get an error alert
