It was a really good experience, definitely worth the money. They had a good range of games to choose from, perfect for a day out. It would have been even better if boating was available all the time. There's a natural lake right next to the property that they could have utilized. The staff was really helpful and they did their job really well. The mud bike and cycling tracks were a bit small. I wish they could extend the cycling area and maybe even offer it for free. The food was really delicious. All in all, it's a great place to hang out. Big thanks to the management and staff for keeping it in such good condition.

I recently booked a package tour for a 5-day trip to Rajasthan through Veena World, and I must say, I was quite disappointed with the experience. The majority of our time was spent on the bus, just traveling from one place to another. And when we finally reached our destinations, the tour guide seemed to be in a hurry, not allowing us any time for shopping or exploring the area.

To make matters worse, there was a constant fear of theft and hokkers (I think they meant "hookers") lurking around, which made us feel unsafe and compelled us to stick closely to the large tour group of around 150 people. It was quite a nuisance, to be honest. I believe the group should have been more compact, with only 25-30 people. Additionally, it would have been better if each bus could have made their own stops for tea and coffee, instead of all of us having to stop together.

Another issue was that the sightseeing activities were not independent for each bus. We had to wait for every bit of the tour, which became quite tiresome. On the last day, when there were many nearby attractions that could have been covered, our tour guide hastily took us to the airport almost 4-5 hours before our flight, leaving us with nothing to do but kill time. It was frustrating, especially since the famous Akshardham of Ahmedabad was on the way, but instead, they insisted we visit a Jurassic Park, which turned out to be a disappointment.

Overall, I would not recommend this tour. It simply isn't worth the money we paid. I was quite disappointed with Veena ji this time.

So, I recently went on a trip to China, Hong Kong, and Macau with my friends and their husbands. We decided to book our tour through Veena World, and boy, was it a rollercoaster ride!

Now, let me tell you about the little mishap that occurred during our trip. You see, the Veena World employee who was in charge of filling out the online pre-arrival permit for Hong Kong made not one, not two, but three major mistakes! Can you believe it? I mean, come on, was it pure carelessness or just untrained employees? I'll let you be the judge of that.

It wasn't until after she informed me that my permit request had been rejected that I decided to take matters into my own hands. I asked her to guide me through the process so that I could fill out the form myself. And guess what? I discovered that she had selected 'NO' for the question asking if I had ever been known by any other name. She also entered my current address instead of the one on my passport, and to top it all off, she got my travel details for 2016 completely wrong! Can you imagine the impression that gave to immigration? It's no wonder my online application got rejected!

But wait, it gets even better. When I reached out to Veena World management and asked them to write a letter to the Hong Kong immigration explaining the situation, their customer relations person had the audacity to tell me, "We have returned the money, therefore we have resolved the issue." Can you believe the nerve of these people? I mean, seriously, would you ever trust a company with such an attitude?

Overall, my experience with Veena World was a bit of a letdown. The mistakes made by their employee and the lack of empathy from their customer relations person left a sour taste in my mouth. It's safe to say that I won't be booking any future trips with them. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving their services.

Pathetic customer service - avoid Veena World at all costs!

So, like, my relative, right, they booked this Europe trip like three years ago with Veena World. And, you know, it's a bummer, but the trip got cancelled because of that whole Covid-19 thing. And get this, Veena World took the complete booking amount from them! But they were all like, "Don't worry, we'll plan you on the next tour once everything gets back to normal." And my relative, being all understanding and stuff, agreed to that and patiently waited for Veena World to start their tours again.

So, finally, in the first quarter of 2023, Veena World planned them on a tour starting in May 2023. But here's the kicker - they didn't reserve enough time for visa processing! Can you believe it? So, at the last minute, like in April, my relative's visa application got rejected. Talk about poor planning, right? And to make matters worse, Veena World's customer service is like, non-existent. They don't respond to emails or pick up the phone. It's like they're totally ignoring my relative!

Now my relative is stuck, still waiting for a fair refund from Veena World. It's like they're being scammed or something. I mean, seriously, based on my relative's experience and all the terrible reviews I've read, Veena World seems like a total scam. So, yeah, I would definitely stay away from using any of their services.

I really hope the management of Veena World sees these concerns and actually does something about it if they want to stay in business. Because, let's be real, with this kind of customer service and planning, they're not gonna last long.

We booked AMDM tour for April for senior parents. In February they had medical emergencies. We notified Veena World. We tried to call Anuja and her team and sent numerous emails, only to get no reply. We spoke with Nikhil after reaching out to Facebook. He told us within 1 day he will call regarding future travel credits. We booked Veena World after reviews, but after this experience we are not happy with the service. Initially they were very good about response when booking, now horrible service. UPDATE: we finally got credit that they can use, but originally we were told credit can be transferred to immediate family members. Now they are not abiding by their word. I tried to review on Facebook and Instagram, but they have removed posts and blocked my account.
