I have a complaint about Wilma Ferrier at Frosch Travel. I am being harassed by this woman constantly and I do not think she should be a manager in charge of anyone. 2 of my other colleagues concur with me. She wrote me up for no reason. Blames me for stuff I did not do.

Constant harassment and showing how powerful she is. I have gotten really depressed at work. I dont feel like logging in anymore but I need this job.

I wish someone would do something about this woman. Please tell her to calm down and back off me.

i invested 12 Laksh rs in this company . He told final step pay 590000 then withdraw . His GM geaorge Thomas given the letter . but after the payment , he asked for again pay the money 15L and withdraw

He closed the account and he told pay and withdraw

He get the money in diffrent merchentize and not refund the money . as of now i lost the money of 12 L

Kindly support to get the fund as soon as possible

After completing 24task advance order again deposit amount like this at the final task ask me to pay 11lakh after that you can withdraw all amount.

So this is big scam.

Don't greedy for commission.

Yes.. I also cheat from them... Deposit more money and withdraw more commission.

One task deposit required 11k,20k, 30k and complet 30 task to varieous location rating travel location... But after completed 10-12 task you received advance task and your balance show negative, first you clear this negative amount and then withdrawal all amount possible... After 20-25 task complet then again same advance order task received... And they call u are lucky for this advance received task you get 5x commission... Clear negative balance and withdraw all amount... Agent or cs team not share his no. Only answer in telegrame msg only.

There is not enough room for all the mistakes that Frosch and their agent made! The company know all my complaints and that I want a refund. It was a July 6-13 NCL cruise around the Hawaiian islands plus 4 night with 2 rooms per night at theRoyal Hawaiian Hotel, plus multiple Platinum Limo transfers. It was our 50th Anniversary Trip that included 5 people. Shame on Frosch! We paid for a 2 bedroom suite and got one room with a big bed, a sofa that the back folded down to make a bed, and a Murphy bed that folded down from the wall. It was a fire trap with only a small pathway in some areas that led to the door. Did I say it was our 50th Wedding Anniversary Trip? There is no doubt that the mistakes were made by Frosch and their agent. I was told that the president of Frosch Leisure was going to call me over 2 weeks ago. That call never was made — — not a big surprise! I want a refund! Shame on Frosch!
