Chili's Grill & Bar

Hello,
I visited your Brier creek location in Raleigh Monday night 7/22 and was kind of thrown aback by the number of items your kitchen had run out of for the day. I was placing a Togo order for 2 and completely had to change our entire order because everything we wanted seemed to be out. Although I do understand on occasion a store will run out of some product, but, this seemed particularly excessive. They were out of burger bite buns, awesome blossom petals, buffalo sauce for wings, boneless and bone-in wings, choc paradise pie and who knows what else.

We did however find other things on the menu that we know we like but were upset to find out after getting home that we were missing the pico, sour cream and jalapeños for our nachos as well as the bread for our southwest chicken pasta. Maybe in hindsight I should have opened the containers and inspected but you might just have been out of those items too. I guess just disappointed in not being able to get original items that we wanted and then even further disappointment when the order wasn't entirely complete. The bartender was very nice, apologetic and accommodating and I could tell she felt embarrassed they were out of so much. Just thought someone should know and I will check my Togo boxes more thoroughly next time. Check # was 3145755 and server Carolee, 8:30 pm.
