I have someone handling my issue; however, I want my issues resolved through someone else. I've had discussion/emailing (ryan.[protected]@teamlucor.com) with someone named Ryan. The hostility and aggression over the phone were absolutely inexcusable. I've provided documentations and receipts of when the oil change occurred to when my vehicle engine blown. All points back to the oil change, since my engine light came on 7 days after the work. Got it diagnostic same day, the light came on. When getting it diagnosis, I was told it was a leak. After that has transpired, 13 days later my engine blows. The tow truck man arrived on the scene and the first thing he mentions was that oil leaked out everywhere. Was hoping I had more time to make money because car repairs are not cheap/ (even diagnostics test), especially since this was a car I just got not too long ago. I never had any issues with this vehicle, and I managed to stay on a timely schedule on when to get an oil change. This oil change has caused me so much distraught in my life. I am now managing to get in contact with you all. I have receipts as well, mechanics that can vouch for me, so proof of this incident is absolutely not a problem. All I am asking is to speak to someone professional and willing to do their job. It is most definitely not my fault on why this occurred to my car since I paid to get it serviced, I expect you'll have reliable mechanics to execute their job with no problem. Since that is not the cause, that is why I'm reaching out about this problem and seeking a solution from someone who is passionate about their job and will be willing to find a resolution.
Desired outcome: Would like my car to be paid off while reimbursing me for pain and suffering
