Kay Jewelers - pendent being custom made for my 1st wedding anniversary

I am allergic to zinc apparently my husband had purchased me diamond earings also my promise ring from kays in rockingham nc. He went to the store in town with picture now (a picture!) of what he wanted the pendent for me being made and this is we got the first time of what they were making for me remind you this is being custom made for me! My hubby was told in the being that they would have it done by our anniversary date which is sept1st. That it would only be 6 to 8 weeks ok july 18 th they emailed him pic of mold ok this is nothing like we asked for to be done it looks like a dog tag! My husband and I both was very upset called store here in town for some reason customers cant talk to the ones who make jewerly for store I was told that cant talkk to the public? Bla blabla said they would contact whoever making my jewerly and get it right he left picture second time with kays store that he wanted to be done! He has called several times and they dont return calles the lady who was dealing with us doesn't work any more at store! Ok sent him picture of my pendent after made it right still said be getting it back on time for our big day! Called again last saturday no return call come monday he finally gets a answer because of the mistake which they trying to say on our part bs! We would not get my jewelry til sept 6th which is a crock of bologne. And my husband inform them that is was on the end for messup so they would give us a gift card for the mistake! Idont want a gift card want my pendent he had made for me for my annivesary! We do alot of business with kays also but think if this piece comes back not right we will be pulling our account!
