I called the store in Rocky Mount, N.C. today at 3pm. After waiting over an hour I finally got in my car with phone still holding on for an answer and drove to the store. When I got there, I asked why no one would answer the phone. By this time one hour and 45 minutes had gone by. I was told by a tech. in not so nice a tone that they were busy. This is not the first time this has happened at this store. I asked for a store manager, was told the manager and the assistant manager were not in the store. This is a terrible way to treat customers. What about the ones that can't drive to the store.
