The Shift A runs everything in our store... it is getting to the point that this Shift A is starting to try to get me in trouble for things that i have not done. This chick is 5 years younger than i am. I have been with the company now for 8 months and i still have not had any training.. all the training i have tought myself..

Sounds like you have issues with her because she is younger than you and you have problems following orders from someone younger, perhaps. There are many jobs out there that do not train. They throw you out there to learn on your own. Maybe you should teach yourself spelling because it is "TAUGHT" and not tought.
Go to your Shift A's (whatever that is) boss. Keep going up the ladder till you can file a legit complaint.
Ask a lot of questions to whatever employee is near by. Just how much training do you need to work in retail?
