My husband stopped by the Taco Bell at 2600 N. College Street WIlmington NC 28405, on Wednesday May 15, 2019. FIrst of all it took of 20 mins to get our order, When he walked in the resturant was a disaster. There were no lids for the cups, food on the floor, boxes all over the floor in the kitchen, tables were nasty, floor in the dining room was nasty, customers in front of us complaing on how nasty the place was, napkins all over the floor, the counter where you order had spilled liquid all of it, there was only a lady with 2 kids, and another couple in the dining room, the girl had to go up and complain because he taco salad was runny and she requested another one. If it had not of been after hours, I would have contacted the health department, this was very unacceptable, we eat there often, but after last night, I am not sure we will ever step back in that resturant or not, and it has given me a bad experience ever going to another Taco Bell. I told him that he should have gotten his money back and of left and went somewhere else. Our order number was 123838 and the cashier's name was Justine. Something needs to be done concerning this matter. I actually would like a refund in the amount of $23.05 that we paid for this meal.
