Requested free credit information; was charged $19.98 monthly charge; called the company, requested that the charge be refunded and the service stopped; was told that it would be taken care of. Went out of the country and didn't notice charge was till comping out of my account each month until 7 months later. Called and was told they would stop the charge and refund the most recent charge, but I was out of luck on the older charges. Filed a report with the BBB and with a couple of days, received a notice that the charges would be reversed. I just checked to day, and the charges have, indeed been credited to my account.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
