I purchased glasses a week ago from Lens Crafters of Manchester, NH on 1500 South Willow Street in the Mall of New Hampshire and I was told I would receive a phone call as soon as they arrive in the store. I did not recieve a call and it had been 6 business days, almost a week, so I called today to see if they had them. Upon calling I spoke with the General Manager named Sharon who put me on hold for about 10 minutes to see if they arrived. After denying an eye exam, the first thing she asked was my name and I told her my name. She then asked how many pairs I had purchased and I said one. She then said okay let me look and then put me on hold for 10 minutes. She came back and asked my name again. Then she put me on hold again then said it looks like they have been shipped but I don't know where they are, let me call you back. So she hung up and called me back 5 minutes later calling me by a different name saying that they had my glasses all along. Not only was I disrespected by getting called the wrong name multiple times, and her not saying she was sorry, I did not receive a call from Lencrafters when my glasses arrived. She is the General Manager of the store and did not apologize or say she was sorry for the inconvenience and lack of communication. Nor did she say she was sorry for disrespecting me. I have completely lost patience with this company location over the years due to their horrible customer service.
