Dunkin' Donuts - Offensive customer service

I've been using the particular DD location for well over 15 years. The proven trend is that the new hires are full of cheer, etc with every intent to perform well. In every case, their attitude dwindles to total crap upon acquiring nasty habits. I have been contacted with the failed scare tactic of a supposed attorney for DD. They conveniently claim I am the only "problem child", until I elaborated I may also be the only customer to actually follow through with a complaint among the dormant mass of other customers. The attorney then became silent. I used this location during my errands in a shopping mall. I walked in to music that was unusually loud. Jacquine's speaking was so faint I required asking 3 moe times, then explaining wondering why she hasn't yet learned her voice volume must go through a face mask, then a suspended plastic barrier, and then the overly loud speaker almost directly above "this customer's head". My order was taken and paid for with a $10 bill. She did not count the chanzge before handing it to me. The $1s given were immediately fanned out on the countertop to avoid correctness. The change was also placed on the counter in the same manner and for the same reason. Seeing the rude responses, I told her I never accept uncounted return change from a cashier; it may be wrong. She walked away while I was speaking to her and in the presence of a female coworker. I remained in place knowing there was a video camera aimed at my location to view both the register access and transaction. As I stepped toward the "pickup area", I also heard her mutter something about "It's not my problem." I had to remind her that any transaction at that location and during her shift is exactly her problem should they go bad. After finally considering further action, I searched for my receipt and discovered her not providing one. Asking for a receipt to complain about service, I heard nothing but "unhappy kids" mumbling about being caught not performing their jobs detailed in their job description. I could easily read both the unhappiness and disrespect in how the receipt was handed to me from the necessary details being provided. Store #303533. Time was approx 2:03pm. I was listed as "eat in" but I have not yet EVER eaten in. The change was a 4x$1 and quarter/dime/nickle change. Should any activity emerge from this I will continue to again make $ from yet another offensive restaurant activities

Desired outcome: the unprovoked offensive activity should result in "J" being fired. She clearly acts as if my visit is doing her a favor.
