on the morning of 11-4, at about 4:45 a.m., my low air light went on. your station, on main street, was the closest off rt. 78 so I stopped in for help and get some air in my tire.
The air machine takes 4 quaters to run and since I didnt have change I looked for an attendant.
I found a gentleman in the office and knocked on the door before opening it. He seamed annoyed I had disturbed his cell phone time. I explained I needed air in my tire and that I didnt have change for the machine and asked if he could give me the 4 quarters I needed for a single...I was met with a stare. I explained again my situation and at that he responded "no quarters". I said "you don't understand. I can't drive my car with a half flat tire and I needed change". He repeated "no change...no quarters".
I got in my car and left
How in the hell do you do business without change?
why would your employee refuse to help me?
I find this behavior unacceptable and most of all dangerous!
I want an explaination.
