I am very very angry at you people. Bri in your east brunswick, nj office said that the deposit on the rental would be $100.00 plus $32.00 for the day. I will not tolerate her lying to me. I already filed a complaint with the better business bureau. I don't think it's fair to me to lie. She is to keep her word and make my deposit for the rental car at $100.00 not $500.00 plus the cost of the rental. I called back and told her what she said to me, and of course, she denied it. I am demanding that she keep her word and charge my debit card only $100.00 hold and the $32.00 for the day. If she does not listen to me, I will be forced to file another complaint with the better business bureau.
Desired outcome: SHE MUST KEEP HER WORD.
