I laid away about 20 items on August 31st...I picked up that layaway a month later at the Elizabeth NJ store without noticing that the best items were missing, , . a coat & a very nice white top, I take pictures of all of my layaways..So I thought the items were in my layaway I picked up on Nov 17th, which is layaway [protected]..I have several layaways so when I picked up one a month ago I asked the cashier to see if my items were in this layaway, , I showed her my picture of the layaway & she went into the back to check & came back & said yes the items were there, This case was brought to the attention of the manager yesterday & she & the cashier did not seem to care, I dont know if a employee stole my items, gave them to another customer or made a mistake & did not attach everything together.I've tried adding the picture to my complaint & each time the computer jams.

I went to this store to return a coat. One of the employee named Milly was at the register. She said that the coat cannot be returned but the way she said it was way rude. She behaved like she never returned a thing in her whole life and when we tried to complain about her to the manager everyone teamed up and just never considered what we said. I will...
