On March 30, 2010 at around 8:30 AM I stopped by Montvale Shell Svc Gas station located at 98 N. Kinderkamack Road, Montvale, NJ. While waiting for service I picked up a phone call. I opened my gas tank and waited for an employee to provide me with the service. After waiting for 30 minutes I beeped my horn and an employee came. He looked angry and I told him "my friend you had me waiting for 30 minutes here". This employee named Ricas answered to me in a very harsh, rude way "You were on the phone". Then I said, "There is no rule that says I can't be on the phone while am waiting for an employee, you were suppose to come to my window and ask me what do I need" He proceeded by closing my gas tank and yelling out for me to leave. I couldn’t believe the disrespect and inconsideration of this gentlemen towards me, it was so insulting I was just in disbelieve this was happening. It seems like he was making me wait as a punishment for being on the phone. I am so disappointed I don't think I will ever come back to that gas station again. They definitely lost one customer here.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Really? What gives you the right to be rude by being on your cell phone? Honestly, are you that important? I think not! Show the cashier some respect next time and you may just get some respect back in return! Shame there wasn't a spark emmited from your cell phone while pumping your gas...muahahahaha!
