Signed my high school daughter up for SAT tutoring. McKinney, TX location was more concerned about selling us additional services than they ever were about raising her scores. They constantly had her attendance wrong and are trying to charge us for hours when she wasn't receiving sessions. When Covid hit, they eventually closed their McKinney location down for good and we wanted them to refund back the hours that she never got to use. No one at corporate office will pick up a phone or return a message. They sent the financial institution where we got a loan for her tutorials a document that they filled out with all their incorrect data claiming that they provided services that, in reality, they did not. Therefore trying to hold us accountable for paying the rest despite the fact that they did not provide all the tutorial sessions that we paid for. They are incredibly unprofessional and dishonest. They only want to take your money and convince you that your student needs even more help, therefore, more money invested with them. Don't fall for it!
