While using the 30 minute workout room. There are several customers that sit on the exercise machines and hold up other customers. When approached, many of the customers are very rude and disrespectful. Even when confronted by the staff. If a customer wants to be on their cell phone, they are not actively using the equipment, why should they be able to hold up other customers that are using the equipment for its purpose?
Claimed loss: Lost trust in the managements handling of the ongoing problem.
Desired outcome: Cell phone usage should only be permitted while a customer is off of equipment, with exception of long duration equipment such as treadmills, exercise bikes, step machines ect.
