I dropped off a box with a P label the man told me it's supposed to go to the post office but I will take it and make sure it gets there I just can't give you a receipt. I trust of the store being that I go there so often after a week or so I called UGG they said it was never scanned to where I dropped it off I've been contacting the owner for almost a year he told me to go to the post office I explained I don't have a tracking number because you never brought it there. I tried to settle this with him being that I'm a neighbor of his! No response to me or BBB.
The UPS Store - paid package lost
In January I handed an older gentleman Latino background a package paid from UGG...He turned to me and said they should go to the post office but I can take it for you you just won't have a receipt. So of course I trusted him because I go there all the time and the package is lost I've been trying to track online since January I would like to know how I can file a claim and get credit for this I have a copy of the mailing label
The UPS Store - paid return drop off
In January I Brought in a box to return that had a paid label from UGG... the gentleman looked at it and said this has to go to the post office in Westwood but I'll take it for you the only thing is you will not have a receipt and lo and behold he never or whoever took it after that store never scanned it I need to find my package.. I should not have been given the option to leave it without getting receipt.. I go there all the time and why sure everything would be OK ...
