First of all, my furniture took 3 months to deliver - ordered in Sept 7th and received in Dec. and only half of my sectional was delivered. I had to wait another week to receive the rest of it. I was told that my delivery fee would be waived for this inconvenience, but it wasn't. Furthermore, I'm still waiting for a credit to show on my monthly statement. Next, I didn't realize that I was missing a power cord for the reclining chair. I did receive the one for the chaise. I don't have them plugged in because I don't have an outlet close enough. I plan on buying a battery pack. The delivery guys did not set it up for me. I've been trying to get these issues resolved since Dec. but I am just being ignored. I am going back for a third time to try to get this issue resolved. I just want credit on the delivery fee and a power cord for my reclining chair. I reached out to the guy who sold me the sectional, and he was of no help - Mike Garcia. Sales order # [protected] and customer # [protected]. I'm happy with my sectional but very disappointed in the customer service.
