I went to the location on Coors and Montano this morning. I go here all the time. I fueled up and went inside. The "Manager" on duty was in the restroom and the clerk was very friendly. I wanted to replay my Lotto tickets. She said I would have to wait because the machine was out of paper.
I waited for 10 minutes and then the manager came out of the bathroom. When the Clerk explained what was needed she began to complain that she wished they would stop selling Lotto and that she was sick of people. the complaints got worse and worse. At that point because it seemed like such a hardship for her to do her job I told the clerk that I would just leave.
The Clerk suggested I come back because it was close to the end of the managers shift and the next one would be able to help me. I don't think I will be back and will find another station to take my business to.
Claimed loss: Between fuel and other items I spend ~$200.00 per week at this location. I will not be shopping here in the future.
Desired outcome: Please send this manager to some training. If you are going to be in customer service then please treat your customer like you want them to be your customers.
