I was referred to Stanton Optical. Upon speaking with the staff I advised the staff I wanted to see a doctor - not a virtual - well needless to say I did not have a choice in the matter. I was told my glasses would take a week to get due to being no line progressives. Ok that is fine. Well a week goes by I hear nothing. My co worker calls the store low and behold I get a text they were in. I go to the store. Not even close to the prescription for me. It was like looking through a magnifying glass. So the clerk says oh I see they put the bottom prescription up to high. I was informed oh well we will have to send these back. Well where is the other pair I ordered. Oh they aren't here. Was informed that they will call in make sure that pair comes in with the correct lens. Wrong again. Today went in still only one pair with still wrong prescription. Said we have to send them back again. Another two weeks I am being informed. I am having to use readers at this point for work. The staff is very unprofessional, look like they just crawled out of bed. At least try to look like the part and educate yourself if you will be in this line of work. I am spending money out of my pocket at your business. This is just poor customer service - does Stanton really care about their reputation and the poor business they are doing? I am guessing not from all the other reviews I have read here.
Desired outcome: I want what I went in to your business for. A proper eye exam with a live doctor, correct lenses in my glasses and to have my glasses delivered as told by staff.If this is not can not be done then I want my money back.

I decided to give you guys another shot after completely dropping the ball a couple years ago when I used your services and bought glasses from you. I didn't get half of what a paid for but I let it go because I understand bad days etc. However I went into the store and tried to check in for my appointment this go around and although I was early I stood there waiting to check in for over 25 min making me then late for my appointment. The girl behind the desk was waiting on the couple in front of me and knew I was there. She left the desk for whatever reason and never came back. My appointment was at 245 and at 300 I finally went looking for assistance and was told by the same employee that I was late for my appointment and could go on the waiting list as a walk in. I told her she was incorrect and she knew it because she saw me in line waiting on her. And to be honest it didn't look like she was doing anything work related she appeared to be chirt chatting with another employee. My anger went thru the roof so I immediately walked out and left. I went home and called the location only to be handled and blown off. They transfered me to your corporate office on my second phone call demanding management. Where I sat on hold for r5 min and was never answered. This was last Thursday, today is 10/14/2020. It's taken me this long to feel calm enough to be able to speak to anyone without blowing up on them. I work in customer service and there is two things I know as fact, you do not treat customers like I was treated and it is a real bad day when you have a customer blowing up on you because someone did treat them like this. I won't don't do that to whoever is on the receiving end of my anger so I took time to calm down and I hope that point is appreciated. Simply because same location same extremely bad service doesn't really deserve my patience but is getting anyway
