I am a witness to incident that happened today while eating at Taco Bell in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Its after 2:00 pm, hardly any customers as I walked in.. I did notice a young couple and a father and son eating in.
I ordered my food, got my food quickly and sat down to eat.
As I looked up, the young couple sitting in my view while looking out the window, (the young man had already eaten some of his burrito) when I saw him take a bite and got a weird look on his face, looked at burrito and saw a hair. He immediately went to the front counter with his concern. The front counter cashier (Jaime M) looked at young man and told him without any hesitation "that's NOT hair from my employees" and rudely tried to dismiss the incident as they young couple put hair in the burrito. The young man tried to discuss with the cashier "he did find it in the burrito", as I am watching the customer service aspect of this situation, I am appalled of what I just witnessed.
As the young man passed me with disgust, I stopped him to let him know that I would be a witness to this poor customer service. The young man went back to his table and did call to make a complaint as I told him I would also do.
The young man went back to counter to let them know he made a complaint, and still this store made no effort to make things right. At this point I am looking in my food for hair and I am also disgusted with the poor customer service. The young man never showed any rudeness, was calm as he is trying to figure out why he is the one "in the wrong".
The cashier at this time gave him $dollar and some change. Really? This is how Taco Bell operates.
After that, a Taco Bell employee came into work with NO hairnet or hat and proceeded to the back when Jaime stopped her to tell her to put on a hair net. I heard the confusion with the employee that came in "why" put on a hairnet.
At this point, I am livid with this place.
I pushed my food aside with disgust and I did walk up to front counter to let Taco Bell know I saw how poor the customer service is to where I did not eat my food.
I want to make this formal complaint as I will go to social media to report this location and its management.

I do not want a refund. You need to train your managers to respect all customers the same. (I was a fast food manger in the late 1980's)
