Let preference thus by saying this is not first time this has happened; I never filed a complaint until now. We arrived; the room wasn't ready; yet I made the reservation 4 months in advance. After driving around for two hours; got to the room TV wasn't working; (wasn't working in April if 2019; same ole dam thing). After 2 days, TV is working, don't bother were checking out tomorrow. For two days, my brother and listen to the occupants above us sounded like they were playing basketball until 2&3 O'clock in the morning. $352.00 to listen to that [censored] for three days? Hell, no. Then I follow up on my credit card to find out there is $296.00 hold on my card? [censored]! Must be the casino up the road, always draws the criminal elements. Before my brother and I got there, another bogus charge. END OF STORY. I have stayed at Bernalillo, for years off and on; not anymore. I will not pay for this particular stay; seems they have a bunch of dam crooks running the hotel into the ground. The most credit card fraud; India, safe haven for terrorists. Hasta La Vista
