I have been coming to the Bernalillo NM location firestone for at least 5years. I have had several services done over the years and have done all oil changes here. I even had an oil leak done and AC system checked. I had a good relationship with the old managers. But recently they changed managers. Today was the first time I have had to deal with him. I came in to fix another oil leak. I just had it fixed like 2 years ago through this location. When they fixed my brakes a year or so ago before COVID-19 they told me shortly after that I had another leak. The old manger then looked up when I had it fixed last and said the warranty had just passed. It was on file then lol. Anyway I barely now came in to fix the leak. I asked Raymond if it was normal for cars to leak so fast again after having it fixed. He said no then said I never had it fixed through them. I told him I did and when. He looked at my file and said no I see they recommend it this last time but nothing before that. I mean Why would I lie about that? I was only asking a question not complaining or asking for a discount. I did have it fixed before at this location. I have never gone to a different location. He basically started talking loudly and called me a liar. He then said I'm not going to argue with you when he was the one arguing and said do you want your car fixed or not? Like in other wards shut up and leave or fix your car. If I didn't have to go out of town that same day I would have walked out. I have never been treated that way before at that location and will not be coming back to firestone ever again. You should have kept Jessica Mendoza at this location as manager. Raymond Runyan is rude, has a temper and has no social skills. I saw him treat other costumers that came in just as rude and make fun of them after they left. He is not a good manager to be representing your company. You will continue to lose customers at this location as long as he is representing your company.
