The battery had been was supposed to be under warranty and the service advisor tells me it's not first he couldn't find that I even had bought a battery from them at. And he was very rude threw the whole process just being super fauge and not giving me any details unless i special ask the question. And he had give me a hard time on the phone as well. But he tells me that it's out of warranty by about 4 months and I tell no cause you guys told us it was replaced 2 visits ago and as I'm walking out the door I call him a schmuck I thought it was alot better then calling him
An [censored] or [censored] at the time. He proceeded to come from around his pod and gets in my face as I'm going to leave the store very unprofessional and definitely not how you deesclaate the situation. So now he's treating to kick my [censored] his words and I tell him he's not worth it. Because I'm still holding the battery at this point then he tells me he's going to clock out and kick my [censored]. At this point he's not blocking me so I go and get in my car and leave the store. Not only have me and my mom been coming here for years I'm also a former employee and I always hype Firestone up

That there letting someone that can't control his temper over me calling him a schmuck is ridiculous. I'm very disappointed and will definitely be looking for a different store possibly different company to take are vehicles to depending on this is resolved.
Desired outcome: I want the the battery warrantyed out like it should have been and the service advisor He needs to learn how to deescalate the situation. Nelson always told me kill them with kindness.
Firestone Complete Auto Care - Grievance, complaint, re: Johnny Garcia (service manager)
On Approx July 21st 2021. I brought my 2015 chevy sonic LT vehicle in to Firestone complete auto Repair at 220 N Stephanie St. Henderson NV, 89074 to have repairs done to my vehicle. I spoke to the store manager Joe or I believe jose whom was present, I explained in details to him how my car was running bad like as though it was going to brake down? what the problem was the car only idles at 3.000 Rpms. my car runs shaky and sounds like its going to shut off. so the manager suggested a diagnose that it needed to be hooked up to a machine as I clearly understood, so they can fuguor out what is wrong? about a day later I spokie to the service manger now whom is Johnny Garcia. Johnny appeared to not know too much about my car but told me in the diagnosis. they found that the thermastat housing needed to be changed! I asked Johnny tyhe service manager "will thisfix the problem of how bad my car is running? how it is shaky and it seems to be running rather rough? Johnny replied to me yes! changing the thermastat housing will fix everything no problem and everything should be just fine! the repairs are going to cost $507.00 the technician Ryan who also explained as well confirmed the same! this is what exactly what is needed to get done to fix the problrms with my car! I immediately trusted your staff that knows there job and I agreed to get the thermastat housing changed to get my car fixed correctly!? when I came back to the shop to pick up my car, I then payed for the repairs, as I applied for credit I was approved for $1, 000. as soon as I lrft the shop. the same problem I brought my car in for to get fixed, still has not changed any different! the problem is still the same. I immediately called Johnny and explained the same situation! he replied dont worry just give it a few days we are really busy and if you need to bring the car back? it wont be for a week until we can get to it.
Enclosed: on July 29th I brought the car back by appoinment scheduled. the same shaky is happening to my car and the rpms wont rev up at idle past 3, ooo rpms. I started telling Johnny the service manager I felt like I am being wrongly jerked around and I demanded that my car should get fixed! I was treated like crap as things started esculating, as I was getting upset how poorly I was getting treated by the service manager Johnny garcia. I kept asking"Pleaase I just want myh car fixed correctly, and dont feel I should be charged for other repairs to get done to my car what I did nolt bring it in for to get fixed! I was then demanded and yelled at absolutrly wrongly by Johnny telling me I have to leave the store or he will call the cops on me! I felt scared so I immediately left your store as I did not need the cops to be called?
lastley: Iam asking for this complaint to be clearly and duley noted in puted immediately as Griveance behavior has been made wrongfully to me by johnny Garcia your service manager. NO CUSTOMER SHOULD HAVE TO EVER BE TREATED SO TERRIBLE BY A SERVICE MANAGER, LET ALONE GIVEN SUCH A DIS SERVICE, MAKING A CUJSTOMER PAY FOR SERVICES WRONGLY, WHAT THEY DID NOT BRING THERE VEHICLE IN FOR TO GET REPAIRED!
MY NEXT COURSE OF ACTION IF I DONT GET TAKEN CARE OF BY CORPERATE? IS TO #1 TELL EVERYONE ABOUT MY EXPEREIENCE AND HOW TERRIBLE I WAS TREATED BY A RESPECTABLE MECHANIC SHOP!
FINAL THOUGHT: I WANT ADD ONE MORE REALLY IMPORTANT PROOF TO THIS BAD EXPERIENCE! jOHNNY YOUR SERVICE MANAGER TOLD ME I NEEDED A WHOLE ENTIRE AIR CONDITION SYSTEM ALONG WITH A ENGINE MOUNT ALL COSTING ME OVER $2, 000 JUST TO TRY AND RIPP ME OFF? THIS WAS THE LAST STRAW AS I KNEW VEERY CLEARLY JOHNNY YOUR SERVICE MANAGER WAS TRYING TO LEAD ME A BIG LIE TO GET ME TO PAY MORE MONEY FOR REDICULOUS REPAIRS, I DO NOT NEED. I FELT THAT THE MECHANIC rYAN WAS ALSO LOOKING FOR REASONS TO TELL ME ABOUJT OTHER REPAIRS I NEED TO GET DONE ALSO JUST TO TAKE MY NONEY UNNECESSARILY! THIS IS ALL ABSOLUTELY 100% UNEXCEPTABLE. IM REALY GATHERING MUCH NORE PROOF AS IM ALSO PLANNING ON TAKING THIS AND COPY AND PASTING ALSO SENDING THIS COMPLAINT TO THE CONSUMMER AFFAIRS AND THE BBB DIRECT TO THEM TO ALSO ESCULATE THIS! NEEDLESS TO SAY THIS WAS ABSOLUTE 100% TERRIBLE DIS SERVICE TO ANOTHER MISS LEAD VALUABLE CUSTOMER WHO WAS TREATED WITH VERY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! IM LEAVING MY CONTACT INFORMARTION AS I WANT TO BE CONTACTED AND LOOK TO BE VERYH WELL TAKEN CARE OF FOR EVERY WICH SERVICE I WAS TRYING TO GET, I DID NOT PERIOD! I FEEL CHEATED ABD HIGHLY LIED TOO BY A EMPLOYEE OF YOURS IN CHARGE, THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO GO ABOVE ABD BEYOND? BUT INSTEAD PROVIDED AN EXTREME LEVERL OF DISLOYALTY TO ME.
